We headed to Harare knowing we might be stuck there for awhile waiting for our passports to come back in the mail. It turned out to be nine days! Harare is an okay city and we were at least happy to have good restaurants, souvenir markets and things to keep us busy! One day we headed out to a bird park to relax by the lake. Another day we visited a children's home and on Lisa's birthday we went to the bowling club for some lawn bowling! All in all, being stuck in one spot for nine days could have been worse!
