Wine and Cheese

After Cape Town we headed to Stellenbosh for a couple of days to tour some of the wineries in the area. We went to four different places tasting the wine and even had some cheese! The scenery in the scenery in the area was beautiful and we learned a lot about the wine making process. All of it was quite technical, the use of oak barrels, aging, draining, straining reusing...I lost track a bit! All I know was that the wine was fine and we had an excellent day!
